to travel the world, to go to every state, city, and country; i want to see the highest mountains that make me feel like im on top of the world, and the lowest valleys, i want to see the great plains, the tombs of the great egytians, the big cities, i want to sails the seas, to know the meaning of everything, meet all kinds of new people, learn about the culture, do things that no one has ever...
thinking
It was right then that I started thinking about Thomas Jefferson on the Declaration of Independence and the part about our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. And I remember thinking how did he know to put the pursuit part in there? That maybe happiness is something that we can only pursue and maybe we can actually never have it. No matter what.How did he know that?
